if You start frome Gdańsk for example at 8.00 at 9.00 You start sightseeing Stutthof sightseeing take 1 hour max 1,5 hour and next aprox 30min to Malbork Castle so aprox 11:00 then +3 or 3,5 hour sightseeing and 1 hour ride back to the city Gdansk aprox 15:00 ( 3 p.m ) You are in Gdansk or Sopot You’re back in town/ hotel / restaurant
